Refund policy
Returns:
We have a 10 day return policy, meaning if you receive your item and want a return you have 10 days to send in the return request. We have such a short window due to the type of products we sell.
any product returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
REFUNDS:
To file a refund please email us with any issues and anything else that will be needed. Refunds are subject to a 25% cancelation fee.
Chargebacks:
- We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with documented proof of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of our store policies at checkout.
- Customers agree to contact us first at ronixmoto@gmail.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
- If a chargeback is filed for an order that was properly fulfilled and delivered, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of associated fees, shipping costs, and any non-refundable processing charges to the extent permitted by law.
